Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our official channels.
- A booking is only valid once you receive confirmation from Capone Chauffeur.

2. Payments
- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking time are refundable.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to full charges.
- No-shows will be charged in full.

4. Service Use
- The service is provided strictly for the client(s) named in the booking.
- Our chauffeurs and butlers are trained to ensure comfort, safety, and discretion.
- Clients must respect vehicle rules (no smoking, no damage to interiors).

5. Liability
- Capone Chauffeur is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the service.

6. Changes & Amendments
- Any change to booking details (timing, location, vehicle type) is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Safety & Conduct
- Seat belts must be worn at all times.
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior towards staff will result in termination of service without refund.

8. Privacy
- All client details and travel information remain confidential and are handled with the highest discretion.

9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
